Since our servers are located in EU countries, transfers are made within the framework of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or adequacy decision. For possible transfers to the USA, Privacy Framework commitment or explicit consent mechanism will be used.

The service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly process data of users under 16; if detected, we delete it immediately.
