The site acts as an intermediary platform between users and businesses like barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, etc., and is not a direct service provider.
2. Reservation and Payment Conditions
Payments for reservations made through the site are made directly to the bank account specified by the respective business via wire transfer/EFT. Businesses have the right to demand the full reservation fee or a deposit in advance, at their own discretion. Payments such as deposits and fees made between the customer and the business are between the parties, and chatrandevu.com does not accept responsibility for any disputes that may arise from these payments. Whether to make a payment is entirely at the discretion of the customer.
chatrandevu.com assumes no responsibility for the execution and tracking of payment transactions. In cases of technical difficulties, transaction delays, or failure of the business to confirm payment, the user must contact the business directly. chatrandevu.com cannot be held responsible for any disputes or damages that may arise in this context.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund processes are handled entirely between the respective business and the user. chatrandevu.com offers no guarantee in this regard. Each business determines its own cancellation and refund policy. Businesses have the right to cancel or refund appointments if necessary. chatrandevu.com cannot be held responsible in any way for legal and economic damages arising from cancellations/refunds.
4. Limitation of Liability and Technical Issues
chatrandevu.com cannot be held responsible for technical issues, connection problems, or system interruptions that may occur on the system. Appointment times provided by businesses and any cancellations or delays in appointments are entirely the responsibility of the businesses. chatrandevu.com cannot be held responsible for damages arising from such situations.
