CHATRANDEVU TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

• **Chatrandevu / We**: Hatice Zümre Sonuç – Chatrandevu Sole Proprietorship
• **Service**: The appointment creation, management, and cancellation system provided by Chatrandevu through website, mobile application, and WhatsApp-Telegram bots.
• **User / You**: Real or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.
• **Business**: Commercial establishment such as barber, hairdresser, etc. that accepts appointments on the Chatrandevu platform.

2. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using this Service — *whether registered or not* — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Scope of Service

• **Appointment Management**: Ability to create, update, and cancel appointments between Users and Businesses.
• **Notifications**: Reminder and confirmation messages via SMS, email, or chat applications.
• **Panel Access**: Staff, service, and calendar management for businesses.

4. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of your legal representative.
• You declare that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Obligations

• To use the Service in accordance with applicable legislation and Terms.
• To comply with appointment times; to make cancellations within the time period determined by the business.
• To keep your account information confidential; to immediately report unauthorized access.

6. Fees and Payments

• Chatrandevu may charge subscription or per-transaction fees for additional features it provides; fees are announced on the website.
• Businesses are responsible for their own pricing for appointment fees received through the Service.

7. Cancellation and Refund

• The business's cancellation policy applies. Cancellations not made within the time limit may be subject to charges.
• Chatrandevu may refund transaction fees according to its own refund policy or define service credit.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of software, logos, text, and designs on the platform belong to Chatrandevu or its licensors.
• Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed within the scope of KVKK and GDPR compliant **Privacy Policy** and **KVKK Disclosure Text**.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party infrastructures such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot API. Chatrandevu is not responsible for interruptions in these services.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Chatrandevu does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Chatrandevu's total liability will not exceed the fee of the relevant transaction (if any).
• No liability is accepted for indirect damages (loss of profit, reputation damage, etc.).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Chatrandevu from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of the Terms.

13. Termination of Agreement

• Chatrandevu may suspend/terminate your account with notice or immediately in case of serious violation.
• You may stop using the Service by closing your account at any time.

14. Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes are published on the website; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updates.

15. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

• Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Parties first try to reach agreement through negotiation; if agreement cannot be reached, **Ankara Central (Çankaya) Courts and Enforcement Offices** are authorized.
